TOMS Registration

Step 1 - Register as “New User” – Download the New User Guide, then navigate to TOMS by clicking the “TOMS Log-In” button to the left of this screen.  Select “New User Registration” on the log-in screen and complete the form presented.  You will receive an initial email confirmation of your request, and within two days a follow-on email notification that your TOMS account has been activated.

 

Step 2 - Complete Your User Profile – When you log in for the first time, TOMS will ask you to complete a user profile (including some information you may have supplied to request an account). Complete your profile, with special care to your email address and phone number.  You can update your profile at any time by selecting “User Profile” under the “Profile” tab.

 

Step 3 - Complete Your Vendor Profile – This is the most involved step, and it will take some time.  Select “Vendor Profile” under the “Profile” tab and complete the general  information.  Depending on the size of your company, some items may not apply; leave them blank.  At the bottom of this screen is a set of buttons that will allow you to list your relevant company capabilities and delivery locations, categorizing each as a “Current” or a “Target.”  Add as many of these as needed to describe your company’s capabilities, without overstating.  We will use these to match USACE IM/IT opportunities with potential bidders.  You can update your vendor profile at any time as needed.

 

Step 4 - Watch For Opportunities – ACE-IT will use TOMS to notify you via email of potential opportunities.  Please forward questions regarding TOMS to our Subcontracts ManagerWe look forward to working with you to provide the best possible IM/IT support to USACE!
