Contacting the ACE-IT Team |

TOMS – Single Interface for ACE-IT Vendors – As integrating contractor, Lockheed Martin provides vendor management services for the ACE-IT program. Vendors interested in receiving notification of potential opportunities with the ACE-IT team are encouraged to register in the Task Order Management System (TOMS) -- just read the TOMS Overview, then click the "TOMS Log-In" button on the left of this screen. We review TOMS daily, and we use the system to help us identify and select the best vendors for each ACE-IT opportunity. Interested vendors can help us provide the best possible visibility of current and upcoming opportunities by registering in TOMS and keeping vendor profile information current. Please refer any questions to the ACE-IT Subcontracts Manager.
Contacting Us – The Corps of Engineers is very busy, and the ACE-IT program reflects that high level of activity. We encourage relevant and substantive vendor dialogues that help us improve and transform IM/IT services we provide to USACE, but we expect our vendors to do their homework. The best way for vendors to engage us in these dialogues is to register in TOMS, develop specific solutions to stated USACE needs, and contact one of us to bring those solutions to the ACE-IT team.
